This card was included in the Team Rocket expansion, first released in the Japanese Rocket Gang expansion. A version with a W Wizards stamp was given away as part of a Kraft Foods Giveaway in Australia. It was later reprinted in Japan in the Pokémon Web expansion.

Origin
Tail Slap is a move later introduced in the Generation V Pokémon games that Charmeleon cannot learn, however the Japanese names are not the same, making this attack and the move unrelated.
