The Cipher Key Lair is a location in Pokémon XD.
On Cipher's return, it replaces the Shadow Pokémon Laboratory as the place where Shadow Pokémon are made. Michael shuts down the factory in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness by raising the voltage above maximum allowable limit with a System Lever. He also fights Gorigan here.
