Bill's grandfather is an non-playable character who is featured in the Generation I and II games.
During Generation I, he can be found living in Fuchsia City with his granddaughter, Bill's sister Daisy.
In Generation II, he plays a more pivotal role to the plot. He provides evolution stones in exchange for being shown certain Pokémon.
