The Battle Tower in the Hoenn region is only accessible after defeating the Pokémon League's Elite Four and is reached via the S.S. Tidal. There are two categories: lv. 50 and lv. 100. to enter level 50, you must have at least three Pokémon lv. 50 or under and to enter lv. 100, you must have at least three Pokémon over lv. 50. A trainer is able to take three Pokémon at a time and battle a variety of other Pokémon Trainers. Items are awarded if a trainer can survive 7 battles in a row.
The Battle Tower was first introduced in Pokémon Crystal.
