Ash's Tsutarja (Japanese: サトシのツタージャ Satoshi's Tsutarja) is the fourth Pokémon that Ash caught in the Isshu region.

Trivia
- Tsutarja's capture was first revealed in a short preview aired after DP190, featuring all the Isshu starters.
- The capture of Tsutarja marks the first time Ash has owned all three of the region's starters since his adventures in Johto.
- Tsutarja's capture is the last capture of all the starters within Isshu. Usually, the Grass-type is the first to be caught by Ash.
