Pokémon Blue is a sister game to Pokémon Red, Pokémon Blue, and Pokémon Yellow.

The English version of Pokémon Blue is based on the Japanese Pokémon Blue's engine and graphics, with the Japanese Pokémon Blue wild and trade Pokémon.
