No speculation
Please do not post speculation about what might happen to Ash's team in the future. We do not know if Ash will capture a Riolu, so it does not belong on the article. Thank you. --PAK Man Talk 00:43, 9 December 2008 (UTC)
Link templates
Please use the link templates when linking to articles about Pokémon, types, moves, abilities, and many other pages. For example, use {{p|Spoink}} instead of [[Spoink]].
Also, it's not a good idea to undo an administrator's edits. Thank you. --PAK Man Talk 06:00, 9 December 2008 (UTC)
Undoing link templates
That thing you keep undoing, they're called link templates. They directly link to the Pokémon that you're referring too. The double brackets usually link to a Pokémon disambiguation. Please stop doing it, and use the link templates. --ケンジのガール 06:06, 9 December 2008 (UTC)
Perhaps this will make more sense
We here at Bulbapedia have link templates for consistency purposes. If you'll notice, all articles about Pokémon are at the name Pokémon Name (Pokémon). Likewise, all the moves are at Move Name (move), and so on. The way you are linking to articles has the potential to link to one of our disambiguation pages. Let's take Spoink for example. When you edited the article about Ash Ketchum, you had typed [[Spoink]]. But if you click where Spoink leads to, you will notice that it is at a disambiguation page. On the other hand, if you had typed {{p|Spoink}}, it would have lead to Spoink, which is the Pokémon page.
I understand that you are a new member of Bulbapedia, and the administrative staff does not tell you these rules to yell at or criticize you. We want you to understand the rules of how we run, and when you disregard what we are telling you, it tells us that you don't want to listen. This is why your edits keep getting undone.
If you would like more information about Bulbapedia, please read over the manual of style and our list of link templates. And if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me or one of the other administrators. Thank you. --PAK Man Talk 06:22, 9 December 2008 (UTC)
