David Kos "Music Man" Rolfe, born November 23, 1968 in Brooklyn, New York, USA, is an artist who has written and performed songs for the English dub of the Pokémon anime. He has a record label from Warner/Chappell Production Music, working as Director of Integrated Production for the advertising agency BBDO, and continues to make music as of 2022.

Working under the 4Kids dub, he performed five English theme songs, namely Born to Be a Winner, Believe in Me, I Wanna Be a Hero, This Dream, and Unbeatable. After 4Kids Entertainment lost the license to dub the Pokémon anime, he left the show. However, he and colleague John Siegler attempted to move to TAJ Productions, the company that took over dubbing for the Pokémon anime. He currently lives in New York City with his wife Tiffany Rolfe and his two children.

David Rolfe has garnered many content and innovation awards, due to his work with clients like AT&T, Burger King, GE, Bacardi, Lowe’s, Microsoft, Anheuser-Bush, VW and MINI. He was the Entertainment Jury for the 2016 Cannes Lions Festival, and has been sought as a speaker at local media and marketing forums.
