Hello I would like to add an entry of Wobbuffet-shaped Berry Crusher of James in AG103 to this list. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 21:42, 2 December 2018 (UTC)

The Meowth balloon's claws: I would like to add them in this list or the Team Rocket's mechas list.Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 22:20, 2 December 2018 (UTC)

Both of those can be added to the article if you like.--ForceFire 04:10, 3 December 2018 (UTC)
Ow! Thanks for the speedy reply. I was thinking this list is inactive. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 13:43, 3 December 2018 (UTC)T
Hello I have found another item of theirs for this list: a Meowth Piggy Bank. It is in EP133. But I can't upload the screenshots. The wiki page says "You do not have permission". Please help. Same is the problem with the other two items to be added to list. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 21:52, 9 December 2018 (UTC)
Please do not link to episodes on streaming sites, they breach copyright and can cause problems for the site. Images are uploaded on the archives, create an account there and wait to be autoconfirmed, and then you can upload images. Also, images should be upload in .png format, not .jpg format.--ForceFire 05:40, 10 December 2018 (UTC)
Okay NP. Will bear in mind. I was busy in real life. I have made some above discussed additions and other changes today. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 22:48, 2 January 2019 (UTC)

Miscellaneous and Warp Tile

Can we add shovels, shockproof gloves, jars and such equipment in a separate note? These are very commonly used. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 07:09, 3 January 2019 (UTC)

How about the Warp tile? Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 07:11, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
I don't think mundane items like shovels and jars should be added, doesn't seem too significant. As for warp tiles, I may need to watch the episode again, but wasn't it just part of the building and not something they had and installed?--ForceFire 08:46, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
Someone will have to check if the maker of that tile is mentioned. Sabrina is unlikely to have conspired with them so they only must have installed it and also the room. They control the screen inside the room completely. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 09:43, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
How about a small note in the right side column that this detail is unclear from the episode? Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 09:45, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
I think it should be kept off until someone can verify if it was Team Rocket's or if it was already in the building.--ForceFire 09:47, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
Saw the episode. TR use the controls and talk about it as if it is obviously their own. The child Sabrina arrives and TR don't know her. So it is implicit that the tile and the room was theirs. Now who built it and how it got to that city, that's too much of unanswered questions like any other device of theirs. The fact that they use a doorless room with a big control panel, and all for the first time, that makes the whole setup a worthy entry in the list. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 11:34, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
Saw a clip of that particular scene, while I'm a bit iffy about, they were well aware of the warp tile and did have knowledge on how it works. I think it'd be fine to add it.--ForceFire 12:15, 3 January 2019 (UTC)

Red ball

I have added a Red Ball image for EP008. Can you check the copyright boxes or if anything else is left out? Feedback is most welcome. Cheers! Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 09:56, 3 January 2019 (UTC)

It's fine. Though the first copyright template is the only one that's needed, IIRC.--ForceFire 12:15, 3 January 2019 (UTC)

Strings and Net

Sticky strings like Spiderman's made a debut in Ninja-Poke-Showdown. It was the only thing they used.

The net seems to have made its debut in The Kangaskhan Kid. Its pegs were remote-controlled and it caught many Kanghaskhan instantly.

Which of these two items is fine to add? Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 16:00, 3 January 2019 (UTC)

Both are fine, particularly if the net is more than just a net (as in, it has shock ability or something like that).--ForceFire 05:31, 6 January 2019 (UTC)

Repeating Equipment

  • Vacuums
  • Rocket launchers - Do these deserve sub sections on their own like the submarine? Images of them will be a good addition if we make sub sections. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 15:53, 10 January 2019 (UTC)
I think a weaponry section would be fine, maybe a vehicles section to?. Vazuums, eh, they're recurring but I don't think it's worthy of giving it its own section.--ForceFire 04:04, 11 January 2019 (UTC)
Because I see different vacuums. The one from the Indigo League has a Pokeball-themed box. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 14:41, 11 January 2019 (UTC)
Doesn't make it any more special or unique imo.--ForceFire 15:53, 11 January 2019 (UTC)
  • How about big things that hide the Meowth balloon? e.g. a fake Pokémon center during the Indigo matches, and an underground large wedding cake in EP100. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 20:45, 11 January 2019 (UTC)
That can be added to the Meowth balloon section.--ForceFire 03:32, 13 January 2019 (UTC)

More Possible Additions

  • Unicycles - EP036 : The Bridge Bike Gang. They were used only to for fun, not for any plot. So I am not fully liking this.
  • Cannon - EP037 : Ditto's Mysterious Mansion.
  • Music recording machines, mikes etc. - EP045. To record Jigglypuff's song and then put their targets to sleep. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 05:16, 6 January 2019 (UTC)
Unicycles aren't notable. The other two are fine.--ForceFire 05:31, 6 January 2019 (UTC)
That belongs to Mewtwo, not Team Rocket. If you mean prior to the events, then that belongs to the scientists, not the trio.--ForceFire 04:31, 8 January 2019 (UTC)
We have already included some non-trio devices... Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 16:02, 9 January 2019 (UTC)
Yes, but those are owned by Team Rocket the group, so they count. The clone machine wasn't owned by the trio or the main group, nor was it used by them, it was used by Mewtwo/Dr. Fuji.--ForceFire 04:27, 10 January 2019 (UTC)
Sure the Dr. is not a part of Team Rocket? Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 15:59, 10 January 2019 (UTC)
In the movie, No.--ForceFire 15:53, 11 January 2019 (UTC)
  • Suction cup in EP060: Beach Blank-Out Blastoise. Now the issue is that it was shown as a remote-controlled weapon of the Gyarados submarine. So should it get a separate entry? Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 19:47, 9 January 2019 (UTC)
That can be an add on description in the submarine section.--ForceFire 04:27, 10 January 2019 (UTC)
That one can be added.--ForceFire 04:04, 11 January 2019 (UTC)
Both are fine to add.--ForceFire 03:32, 13 January 2019 (UTC)
Both are fine.--ForceFire 16:30, 17 January 2019 (UTC)
I wouldn't count that. That's a location, not a weapon or a vehicle.--ForceFire 03:58, 19 January 2019 (UTC)
Ok. I would love to create a similar list article for TR's tricks, dresses, and fancy activities. What do you think? Or is there one already? Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 07:43, 19 January 2019 (UTC)
List of Team Rocket's disguises covers the clothes. I don't think a page for their plots and schemes is worth it, considering there's over a thousand episodes and it most revolves around stealing Pikachu.--ForceFire 08:30, 19 January 2019 (UTC)
Those can be added. For the tiltrotor, put it as debuting in Mewtwo Returns, since that's when we see it in full (and it could be a different one, as weird as it may be).--ForceFire 04:55, 22 January 2019 (UTC)
Ok. Also there are some plot holes in the blasting machine. It has no wire going to the bomb. Even the bomb has a small ignitable thread. Such kind of thread should be lit by a matchstick and has nothing to do blasting machines. Or should we ignore this as a typical cartoon goofup? Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 17:35, 22 January 2019 (UTC)
Yeah, that's just an error the anime made. Don't worry about it too much.--ForceFire 05:07, 23 January 2019 (UTC)
Is it at least worth a mention in that episode's article? Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 16:38, 23 January 2019 (UTC)
I personally don't think it's worth noting.--ForceFire 04:59, 24 January 2019 (UTC)
  • Robotic Fearows in AG183. Their size is same as a normal Fearow. So where does this go? In this article or in mechas? Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 16:41, 23 January 2019 (UTC)
If it functions like a robot, then it goes in the mecha page. If it is just something that is shaped like a Pokémon, then it goes here.--ForceFire 04:59, 24 January 2019 (UTC)
Yes it functions like a robot. I had this doubt because its size is small. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 20:54, 24 January 2019 (UTC)
All three are fine.--ForceFire 03:53, 26 January 2019 (UTC)
The speaking tube may need 2 screenshots one below the other in a single file. I think this will be better than animated png but is it allowed? Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 10:01, 26 January 2019 (UTC)
Still shots are preferred over animated images. So yes, two screenshots if needed.--ForceFire 10:28, 26 January 2019 (UTC)
All three are fine to be added.--ForceFire 12:14, 27 January 2019 (UTC)
That can be added.--ForceFire 04:45, 9 February 2019 (UTC)
That can be added.--ForceFire 03:36, 10 February 2019 (UTC)
That can be added.--ForceFire 04:05, 16 February 2019 (UTC)
  • From the Lugia arc:
    1. The base. It moves like a submarine.
    2. Cassidy's and Butch's own submarine.
    3. The energy barrier machines used on mother Lugia. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 20:36, 17 February 2019 (UTC)
The submarines can be added to the submarine section. The machine can be added to the list.--ForceFire 03:14, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
Listing them in the table would be preferable, in my opinion.--ForceFire 07:14, 20 February 2019 (UTC)
Both times should be listed. It's fine if there's no full body screenshot of the first time, just as long as it shows that it's a crane (if that makes sense).--ForceFire 03:49, 22 February 2019 (UTC)
  • Satellite dish with headphones to snoop on Ash and co. It's recurring in the Johto arc. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 08:13, 24 February 2019 (UTC)
  • EP242 Smoke grenade that first expands as a Wobbuffet-shaped balloon, then explodes. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 08:44, 24 February 2019 (UTC)
Those can be added, for the headphones, just list the first time and list any future appearances there.--ForceFire 09:35, 24 February 2019 (UTC)
Sure, those can be added.--ForceFire 04:16, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
That can be added.--ForceFire 05:54, 9 March 2019 (UTC)
Those can be added.--ForceFire 04:20, 10 March 2019 (UTC)
Thanks a ton! Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 13:01, 10 March 2019 (UTC)
If recurring, it can be added in the Balloon section.--ForceFire 03:33, 13 March 2019 (UTC)
Just 2 occurences. Does that deserve an entry at the top of the page? Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 06:59, 13 March 2019 (UTC)
I think it can be added in the balloon section, the shockproof light can be added in the list since it does more than provide light.--ForceFire 11:47, 13 March 2019 (UTC)
  • AG031 - Jessie has yellow parachute, and Meowth has a small special umbrella that works like a parachute to enter Brawly's cave. But all of this sounds like their imagination from the dialogues. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 13:56, 14 March 2019 (UTC)
Well, I saw several mechas from EP239, that were added despite they are from imagination. Michail2003 (talk) 05:33, 21 July 2019 (UTC)
  • In AG010 the trio used robotic claw, mounted in balloon Michail2003 (talk) 04:10, 16 July 2019 (UTC)
That's a mecha.--ForceFire 05:06, 16 July 2019 (UTC)
  • In AG011 I saw them using "Top Secret Pokémon Evolution Research" and the extendable hand. Michail2003 (talk) 05:59, 17 July 2019 (UTC)
The first thing is rather vague, what is it exactly? There's a lot of episodes that I just don't remember, so you're going to have to be more specific on that. That latter can be added, if it's not a mecha/robotic.--ForceFire 11:56, 17 July 2019 (UTC)
Well, it has nothing robotic or mechanical, just a fake machine to disguise the balloon. Michail2003 (talk) 05:49, 18 July 2019 (UTC)
  • In AG013 trio used a bouquet with built in smoke bomb and a nets with sticks. Michail2003 (talk) 10:27, 18 July 2019 (UTC)
Those can be added.--ForceFire 13:00, 18 July 2019 (UTC)
Thanks and how about AG011 "Research" machine? Michail2003 (talk) 14:12, 18 July 2019 (UTC)
That can be added.--ForceFire 05:32, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
Those can be added.--ForceFire 05:32, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
  • In AG024 Team Rocket kept Pikachu in a bird cage and also used larger ones as traps for Ash's friends, also they used butterfly net to capture Pikachu in the end of episode. Michail2003 (talk) 04:59, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
Those can be added.--ForceFire 05:32, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
That can be added.--ForceFire 05:32, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
Oh, it looks like it was originally Keanu's. Michail2003 (talk) 06:25, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
  • In AG032 they have a Pokémon food to lure Pikachu and a rubber bag to catch it. Michail2003 (talk) 06:47, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
  • In AG033 trio uses fishing rod (unsure if it listed yet) and a dish, which drains Electric attaks (different from AG005 one). Michail2003 (talk) 12:51, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
Both can be added.--ForceFire 14:39, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
And what about AG032? Michail2003 (talk) 16:03, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
I meant "both" by "the things from both of those episodes". My bad for not making that clear.--ForceFire 04:40, 20 July 2019 (UTC)
OK, got it. Michail2003 (talk) 05:38, 20 July 2019 (UTC)
The items from those two episodes can be added.--ForceFire 10:41, 20 July 2019 (UTC)
That can be added.--ForceFire 08:31, 21 July 2019 (UTC)
That can be added.--ForceFire 14:15, 21 July 2019 (UTC)
The net and the water pump can be added.--ForceFire 06:41, 24 July 2019 (UTC)
The three of those can be added.--ForceFire 12:56, 25 July 2019 (UTC)
  • In AG074 they rebuilt PokéCenter Transporter into Poké Balls stealing machine, called "Grab-All-The-Poké-Balls-By-The-Old-Bait-And-Switch Plan" and also they use "Duo Sonic Superpowered Red Tip "James"" rockets and the armor for house, where they were hiding from twerps. --Michail2003 (talk) 06:06, 26 July 2019 (UTC)
Those can be added.--ForceFire 06:59, 26 July 2019 (UTC)
  • In AG086 they use a cart to transport a stolen movie equipment. --Michail2003 (talk) 05:53, 29 July 2019 (UTC)
That can be added.--ForceFire 06:21, 29 July 2019 (UTC)
  • In AG093 they've used smoke grenade, different from OS one. --Michail2003 (talk) 06:26, 30 July 2019 (UTC)
  • In AG097 they use Electric shock net, carried in missile. --Michail2003 (talk) 06:39, 30 July 2019 (UTC)
Those can be added.--ForceFire 06:59, 30 July 2019 (UTC)
Those can be added.--ForceFire 06:37, 31 July 2019 (UTC)
Those can be added.--ForceFire 06:16, 2 August 2019 (UTC)

Mainspace

Should we move this to mainspace now? I think Kanto and Johto are more than 99 percent done. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 18:21, 3 April 2019 (UTC)

Please don't move the page without approval from staff. I've asked the other staff member about the page, but don't expect an answer any time soon, I don't think it's of high priority at the moment.--ForceFire 05:25, 6 April 2019 (UTC)
If it is not high priority, why should anybody wait? Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 05:32, 6 April 2019 (UTC)
I doubt about mainspacing, since "mechas" article is almost the same and I don't think the Staff needs two very similar articles on the site. Michail2003 (talk) 12:34, 25 June 2019 (UTC)
This isn't an article about mechas, this is an article about Team Rocket's arsenal, such as laptops, binoculars, and helicopters. Because a laptop is not a mecha and doesn't belong on the mecha article.--ForceFire 09:52, 26 June 2019 (UTC)
I didn't say, that THIS page is about mechas, I said, that the concept and content of both articles are very similar and that's why Staff don't mainspacing it. Michail2003 (talk) 15:20, 26 June 2019 (UTC)
"Concept and content". No, one is about mechas and the other is about arsenals. They are not listing the same thing. Just because they're both a list of things owned by Team Rocket, doesn't make this article less notable.--ForceFire 05:27, 27 June 2019 (UTC)
I wasn't saying "same", I said "very similar". Some things from mechas page, that is actually vehicles are going here, that's what I was saying. Also I didn't say, that this page is not notable, the page is OK, don't get it as hate I just said my opinion. BTW I have some corrections for the page like pictures addition and names change should I post it in user talk first? Michail2003 (talk) 13:42, 27 June 2019 (UTC)
A mecha is a humanoid/Pokémon shaped robot. A helicopter that does not change into a robot is not a mecha. And thus does not belong on the mecha page. Hence why this article was made. If you want to make some additions, post it on the talk page.--ForceFire 06:56, 28 June 2019 (UTC)
I wasn't saying the contents are same, it's similar. Like both pages are about TR's inventions. Michail2003 (talk) 15:34, 28 June 2019 (UTC)
Just because they're both about things Team Rocket own, does make this article unnecessary. It's actually needed, because placing laptops, laptops, and helicopters on the mecha page would be incorrect since they're not mechas.--ForceFire 03:47, 29 June 2019 (UTC)
No, you misunderstood me, the article is necessary, I don't hate. Michail2003 (talk) 15:31, 18 July 2019 (UTC)

Opened editing

As I got, everyone can edit this article, so, should I write here before adding something? Michail2003 (talk) 12:34, 25 June 2019 (UTC)

Capsule for Pikachu

In A Tail with a Twist I saw a trio's capsule to hold a stolen Pikachu, should I add it? Michail2003 (talk) 04:45, 12 July 2019 (UTC)

That should be fine.--ForceFire 05:08, 12 July 2019 (UTC)
