Phoebe (Japanese: フヨウ Fuyou, German: Antonia, French: Spectra), the second member of Hoenn's Elite Four, focuses on Ghost-type Pokémon. Most of her five Pokémon are pure ghosts, with the exception of Sableye (Dark/Ghost) She apparently has a grandmother who lives atop Mt. Pyre.
