Emily Williams (born Emlyn Elisabeth Williams Morinelli), is a voice actress for the English-language dub of the Pokémon anime. She is sometimes credited as Emlyn Morinelli or Elisabeth Williams.

Williams joined the series when Pokémon USA and TAJ Productions took over the dubbing and distribution of the anime. Her most prominent roles are that of Zoey and Officer Jenny. She left at the beginning of the fifteenth season.
