Ever Grande City (Japanese: サイユウシティ Saiyū City) is located on an island in eastern Hoenn.
Pokémon trainers come here to battle the Elite Four of Hoenn after earning eight Gym badges.
With its steep cliffs, it is impossible to reach any buildings without having a Pokémon able to scale the high waterfall on the southern end of the city. High above the ocean, its slopes are lush with grass and flowers. The island is divided into two parts by Victory Road which runs through a large mountain. Only the toughest trainers will reach the northern end of Ever Grande City and thus the Pokémon League and Elite Four.
