Missing old lady in ORAS
I want to add this very notable trivia about the old lady who guards the orbs going missing in the postgame. But going to keep all the speculation here for discussion first.
- Unlike in Generation III, the old lady who guards the orbs is gone in the ORAS post game. The old man is there alone. (I can't recall if she disappears after Primal Groudon/Kyogre, Elite Four, or Delta)
- The old lady has been speculated to be Phoebe's grandmother, whom she says stays at Mt. Pyre in both RSE and ORAS
- In the postgame, Phoebe is seen talking to a "ghost" at Mt. Pyre. She tells the player she is visiting her grandmother, who says the player made a lasting impression on her. This strongly implies this is the same old lady who entrusted them with the Red and Blue Orbs.
