Maple (Japanese:) is a characters of the day who appeared in XY034. She is a Trainer who has an understanding of Mega Evolution.
Maple battled Korrina's Lucario with her Mawile. They both Mega Evolved and Mawile came out the victor.

Mawile is Maple's only known Pokémon. It first appeared coming out of a building Ash and his friends were passing. It later Mega Evolved and battled against Korrina's Lucario. Due to Lucario not listening and raging out of control Mawile was easily able to win.
Mawile's known moves are Iron Head and Fairy Wind.
