KAORI (born February 28, 1976) is a Japanese voice actress who provides a handful of voices on the Japanese version of the Pokémon anime. Her most famous role is that of Haruka.
Biography
KAORI was born in Kanagawa, Japan.
She had used the stage name Midori Kawana (Japanese: 川菜翠) until December 1999; she had used the name Akiko Kawana (Japanese: 川菜明子) prior. In the Diamond & Pearl series she is credited as Kaori Suzuki.
On Pokémon
KAORI's most prominent role in Pokémon is May. She played that character until the end of the Advanced Generation series, when May left the series. She returned to voicing May when she returned briefly during the Diamond & Pearl series.
