Stan Hart

Stan Hart is a voice actor for the English-langauge dub of the Pokémon anime. His only known role is as Professor Oak. He is sometimes credited under the name of Stuart Zagnit.

Pokémon

Hart was one of the original voice actors on Pokémon. He stayed on the show until 4Kids stopped dubbing the series. In the PUSA dub, Professor Oak is now done by Billy Beach.
