(Japanese: シューティーのジャノビー Shooti's Janovy) is Shooti's very first Pokémon. He obtained it from Professor Araragi in the first episode of Best Wishes! and evolved from a Tsutarja prior to BW010.

As a Tsutarja.

Tsutarja was Shooti's choice over Pokabu and Mijumaru as his first Pokémon. Shortly after obtaining it, he challenged Ash to a Pokémon battle and used Tsutarja against his Pikachu. Because of Pikachu's inability to use Electric attacks due to an encounter with Zekrom, Tsutarja was able to defeat him.

When Shooti challenged Ash to a second battle in BW010, Tsutarja was shown to have evolved into a Janovy. It managed to defeat Pikachu again, but was defeated by Tsutarja when it couldn't attack due to Attract.
