Ice Rock

Ice Rock refers to a small rock located south of Kissaki City on Rt. 217. It allows your Eevee to evolve into Glaceon. To get to Ice Rock, head left from Kissaki City until you're in an area suffering from a terrible snowstorm; visibility is very low here.

Eventually you'll come across a few lone trees with a female skier skiing around in a square. Head right from this spot until you find a house. Head directly upward towards the house. Behind it is the Ice Rock. Just like with Moss Rock, you must battle with the wild Pokémon in the grass surrounding the stone to evolve Eevee into Glaceon. You need only level up the Eevee by one; after grows one level, it will evolve.
