Color Change (Japanese: へんしょく Color Change) is an ability introduced in Generation III. Only Kecleon has this ability.

Effect

In battle

When inflicted by a damage-dealing move, Pokémon with Color Change will change its type so that it is the same as the move used against it. Color Change is analogous to the move Conversion 2.

Outside of battle

Color Change has no effect outside of battle.
