A Stand-Up Sit-Down! (Japanese: ヒカリとノゾミとダブルパフォーマンス!! Hikari, Nozomi and the Double Performance!!) is the 41st episode of Diamond & Pearl. It first aired in Japan on July 26, 2007 and in the United States on December 15, 2007.
Ash and friends come to Zoey's aid as she has injured her leg. She tells them that the upcoming contest requires the coordinator to use two Pokémon at once. She offers to help Dawn train, but...
