The Robo Kyogre is a robotic Kyogre created by Dr. Kaminko and Chobin in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. It is cancelled when the Robo Groudon is beaten. It is then taken to Gateon Port, where it serves to allow Michael to get to Citadark Isle to defeat Cipher. Kaminko later claims that he meant for it to be taken there for that purpose upon finding out it was useful.
