A special condition is a result that some attacks have in the Pokémon Trading Card Game. The Pokémon receiving the attack will also receive a negative effect. It is the equivalent of the status ailments in the games. Some special conditions are Burned, Paralyzed, Poisoned, Asleep, and Confused.
