Release information

This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it came with a play mat set, released through Pokémon Centers and a small number of toy shops in May 1997. It was later reprinted in Pokémon Web. The card was never released in English, aside from appearing in the Template:Card GB for the Game Boy.

Origin

Headbutt and Amnesia are both moves in the Pokémon games that Slowpoke can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Red and Green.
