Release information

This card will be available to people who visit the Pokémon booth present at each venue hosting the 43rd Next Generation World Hobby Fair during winter 2016. The World Hobby Fair took place at Makuhari Messe, Chiba on January 23 and 24, 2016; at the Nagoya Dome, Nagoya on January 31, 2016; at the Kyocera Dome Osaka, Osaka on February 7, 2016; and at the Fukuoka Yahoo! Japan Dome, Fukuoka on February 14, 2016.

Origin

Ash-Greninja is a unique form of Greninja featured in the Pokémon anime. Similar to Mega Evolution, Ash's Greninja will assimilate aspects of Ash's appearance when it transforms, demonstrating the bond between the two.
