Trivia
Alakazam was the last Pokémon to be made into a Generation III-era card, its first appearance in the TCG since Skyridge. Its evolutionary relatives, Abra and Kadabra, were never made into cards during the Generation III era. While Abra later appeared in the Generation IV set, Mysterious Treasures, Kadabra has yet to resurface in the TCG, likely as a precaution to prevent a repeat of the Uri Geller lawsuit. Because of this, it could be argued that Alakazam was made a Pokémon to avoid releasing Abra and Kadabra cards.
Origin
This card is based on the Shiny version of Alakazam.
