This figure was available as a Beginner Mission Reward. It was also available as a Duel Wins Reward and in Gym Boosters during the Round 2 Fire Gym Cup, the Round 4 Water Gym Cup, and the Round 3 Fire Gym Cup held from May 24 to 28, 2018, July 26 to 30, 2018, and August 17 to 21, 2018 respectively. It was also available as an Achievement Reward during the April 5 to 10, 2018 and August 2 to 7, 2018 Queen's Cups.

Origin
This figure features the normal form of Rotom. Infiltrator is an Ability in the Pokémon games although Rotom cannot have it. Discharge and Thunder Wave are moves in the games that Rotom can learn. Gigavolt Havoc and Never-Ending Nightmare are Z-Moves in the games that Rotom can use by equipping Electrium Z and Ghostium Z, respectively.
