OK i figure asking here is as good as place as any... In games like the generation III how is it that Articuno learns moves at levels like level 13 (Mist) when it is encountered at a much higher level? It can`t be bred or anything to produce a lower level 1.  As well how do pokemon start with more than 4 moves work? [[User:D558|D558]] 10:13, 5 June 2009 (UTC)

Lower level moves

OK i figure asking here is as good as place as any... In games like the generation III how is it that Articuno learns moves at levels like level 13 (Mist) when it is encountered at a much higher level? It can`t be bred or anything to produce a lower level 1. As well how do pokemon start with more than 4 moves work? D558 10:13, 5 June 2009 (UTC)
