The ZERO-ONE is an all-terrain safari vehicle designed by Prof. Oak. It can acclimate itself to several different enviroments by using wheels, inflatable pontoons, and jet thrusters. The ZERO-ONE has no steering mechanism, it will follow a set path that's preprogrammed by Prof. Oak.
Todd rode in it in the Nintendo 64 game, Pokémon Snap. Using the ZERO-ONE, Todd was able to safely traverse the many locations of Pokémon Island, including a beach, an abandoned power plant, a volcano, a tunnel, and the airspace over the island itself.
