Route 25 is the final numbered Route in Kanto in Generation I. It's connected to Route 24 in the west; Bill's Lighthouse (in the games, just a cottage) is the easternmost point on the cape.

There are several trainers looking for battles here. In Generation I, a Pokémon that can use Cut will open up an area in which TM 19 Seismic Toss can be found.

Misty likes to bring her dates to the cape on the east side of Route 25.

In Generation II, this is one of the few areas where Evolutionary Stones are available, in the Bill's Cottage.
