The attacks of the Pokémon this card is attached to do 20 less damage to your opponent's Pokémon (before applying Weakness and Resistance).

This card was included in the Brilliant Stars expansion with an uncredited illustrator, first released in the Japanese Star Birth expansion. It was reprinted in the Japanese Lucario VSTAR Starter Set. It was reprinted as a Full Art Secret card in the Astral Radiance expansion, first released in the Japanese Space Juggler expansion, again with an uncredited illustrator. In Japan, the Brilliant Stars print was reprinted in the Incandescent Arcana and VSTAR Universe subsets as well as a Mirror Holofoil S-P Promotional card. The promotional print was available as part of the Find the Legendary Pokémon! Lugia Get Challenge, which began on October 21, 2022. Customers who purchased at least one Paradigm Trigger booster box at participating stores would receive a Promo Card Pack containing one of five possible cards.[1] This print has the campaign logo on the left side of the illustration. The promotion ran for as long as stocks lasted.
