It was reprinted as a Japanese Unnumbered Promotional card and was available through the Pokémon Card Fan Club from May 2001 up until the end of December 2002. In order to obtain it, members had to earn a total of 600 GET Points. This print lacks a rarity symbol and has the same embossed foil treatment that would later be featured on Shining Pokémon in the Neo Destiny expansion.
The Neo Revelation print was rereleased in the Celebrations expansion's Classic Collection for the Pokémon 25th Anniversary. This print features the 25th Anniversary logo in the bottom right corner of the artwork. In Japan, it was reprinted as part of the Promo Card Pack 25th Anniversary Edition with a red and gold "25th" logo in the bottom right corner of the artwork.
