Alex's grandfather is a character of the day who appeared in Taming of the Shroomish.
Alex's grandfather lived in a mansion called the Green Lodge, set amongst trees in Rinshin Town. Alex retained many fond childhood memories of playing with his grandfather and the many Shroomish that lived there.
