Zacian reappeared in JN044, when Goh and Sonia arrived at the Slumbering Weald requesting the help of it and Zamazenta to deal with the Darkest Day crisis that had befallen Galar. Zacian appeared alongside Zamazenta and led Goh and Sonia to the Altar where they found the Rusted Sword and Shield.
Zacian reappeared in JN045, where by using the Rusted Sword, it turned into its Crowned Sword form and battled alongside Zamazenta in its Crowned Shield form and was able to take down Eternatus, allowing it to be caught by Goh.
