Goneff

Goneff (Japanese: 怪盗ゴローニャ Mysterious Thief Golonya) is a character of the day who appeared in The Wayward Wobbuffet. He is a master thief who robs banks, leaving nothing behind.

When Jessie's Wobbuffet accidentally jumped onto his truck, it was holding the key to a Poké Pod containing Ash's Pikachu, after an attempt to steal him by Team Rocket went wrong. Soon afterward, Goneff took Wobbuffet away and Ash, his friends, and Officer Jenny raced to track down Wobbuffet and retrieve the key to free Pikachu. In the process, Goneff was arrested.
