Juice Shoppe: Difference between revisions

The Juice Shoppe is a specialty shop in Lumiose City - located on Autumnal Avenue - that offers juices made from Berries. These juices can affect a Pokémon's effort values, friendship, or level. A man on the left side of the counter will sell pre-made juices, with the selection changing each day, while a woman on the right will allow the player to blend their own juice using two Berries from their Bag. The man and the woman can each be patronized once a day. Any juice bought or made must immediately be used on a Pokémon; it cannot be stored in the player's Bag.

The Ultra Rare Soda will not induce evolution or allow the drinker to learn moves it would normally learn in the process of levelling up.

If the Pokémon's EVs cannot be increased, the <Color> Juices will increase the Pokémon's happiness instead.

Custom-made juices

The Perilous Soup, Rare Soda, and Ultra Rare Soda always have the same effect when they are custom-made. A custom-made Rare Soda will always increase the drinker's level by 3, while a custom-made Ultra Rare Soda will increase it by 5.

Custom-made Colorful Shakes and <Color> Juices, however, have different strengths depending on the Berries used to make them. When making these juices, Berries can be divided into three groups.

Mixing a <Color> Juice works slightly differently if the Berries used are the same than if they are different. For example, mixing a Leppa Berry with a Cheri Berry (both from Group 1) produces a Red Juice with a stronger effect than mixing two Cheri Berries does. The tables below describe the EV increase that will result from mixing any two given Berries of the same color to make a <Color> Juice.

If two Berries of different colors are mixed, the resulting Colorful Shake will increase the drinker's friendship by the amounts shown below.
