Thatcher in the anime

Thatcher (Japanese: カズチ Kazuchi) is a recurring character from Hoenn who first appeared in A Different Kind of Misty!.

He was given a Plusle and Minun by his grandfather, but he was unsure of whether or not he could properly train them.
