Hikari's Pachrisu (Japanese: ヒカリのパチリス Hikari's Pachirisu) was the third Pokémon caught by Hikari in DP019. It is voiced by 西村ちなみ Chinami Nishimura.
Pachrisu has a very hyperactive personality. It loves to have fun with Hikari and her other Pokémon. It also tends to give Hikari a bad hair day by using Discharge. Hikari felt that she had failed Pachrisu as a trainer because of its behaviour and temporarily released it. A while later she realized that she made a mistake and went back to get it only to find that Jessie already had set her sights on the electric squirrel.
