Smeargle (Japanese: ドーブル Doble) is a Colorless-type Basic Pokémon card. It is one of the Wizards Black Star Promos.

In Japan, this card was available as an insert with Volume 7 of Pokémon Card Trainers magazine, released in July 2000. The English version of the card was available through the Pokémon League in March 2001.
