Trivia

Initial versions of this disk were erroneously included as part of a Slowpoke→Slowbro→Slowking three-stage evolutionary line instead of the correct branched evolution. This error was quickly rectified on April 27, 2019, two days after the set's launch, and systems were updated so that Grade 1 Slowpoke from this set would evolve straight to Grade 3 Slowking, bypassing Slowbro entirely. Slowbro could still be encountered and caught on courses but had its Grade changed from Ga-Olé Grade 2-4.png to Ga-Olé Grade 2.png indicating it could no longer evolve. Disks dispensed prior to the update would conform to the change and Takara Tomy offered an exchange service beginning May 10, 2019 to provide patrons disks with the intended Grade graphic to avoid confusion. People wishing to receive the correct disk were required to send the incorrect one to the Takara Tomy Customer Service Office via mail. The correct disks began to be sent back out from May 17, 2019 along with stamps reimbursing the initial postage.

Origin

Water Pulse is a move that Slowbro can learn in the games.
