Release information

Framed metallic blue versions of this tag and Primal Kyogre were given away as part of a Mezastar Club Tag Present Campaign, which began on February 9, 2023. Three lotteries were held over the course of the campaign—eligibility for the first was open between February 9 and March 1; eligibility for the second was open between March 2 and 22. The eligibility period for the third lottery was scheduled to run between March 23 and April 12; however, its start date was pushed back to March 30 due to a problem. To become eligible to enter the lottery, Mezastar Club members were required to amass 100 points by registering dispensed tags from one set. Ten points were awarded for every tag registered and points could not be transferred upon the launch of a new Mezastar set. One hundred and fifty winners were selected in each of the prize draws for a total of 450 framed sets. Prizes for the first round of draws were scheduled to be shipped in late March 2023; those for the second round were scheduled to be shipped in late April 2023; those for the third round were scheduled to be shipped in mid-May 2023.[1]
