Miss Priscilla

Miss Priscilla (Japanese: サユリ Sayuri) a teacher from Earl's Pokémon Academy in Violet City, and appeared in A Bout With Sprout. She teaches very young children how to train Pokémon but also seems to have a fair bit of local knowledge exhibited when she answers several questions about the Sprout Tower put to her. She is voiced by Amy Birnbaum in English and 柚木涼香 Ryoka Yusuki.
