Makuhita has a tireless spirit - it will never give up hope. It eats a lot of food, gets plenty of sleep, and it trains very rigorously. By living that way, this Pokémon packs its body with energy.

Release information

Subsequent prints of this card included in the EX Battle Stadium Deck Kit, as well as the Gardevoir EX Master Trainer Deck, lack the e-Reader Dot Code strip and feature a normal border following the cessation of TCG support for the e-Reader starting with the EX Hidden Legends expansion.

Trivia

Origin

Fling is a move later introduced in the Generation IV Pokémon games that Makuhita can learn via TM56. However, the Japanese names are not the same, meaning that the move and this card's attack are unrelated. Low Kick is a move in the Pokémon games that Makuhita can learn in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver via Move Tutor. This card's e-Reader Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Sapphire.
