Origin

Powder Snow and Double-Edge are both moves in the Pokémon games that Glalie can learn, the latter only by Move Tutor in Generation III. Synergy Effect references the fact that Glacia has a Glalie on her team in Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald.
