Dive is a move in the Pokémon games, though Altaria cannot learn it; additionally, the Japanese name of the card's attack isn't the same as the move, making the two unrelated. Safeguard is a move in the Pokémon games that Altaria can learn. Double Wing Attack is similar to Wing Attack, which Altaria cannot learn.
