Arceus is technically in no type category. It's floating around all eighteen of them a little less than four times a minute. All it can do is link to the category for one second, and then poof, it's gone. And since the category is protected from creation so no one decides to create it, we've got no need to worry. A bit of text in there says that the Golden Slowpoke goes to whoever made the worst new page. Shouldn't that be changed from "Worst new page" to "Worst Contribs"?
