Togedemaru (Japanese: トゲデマル Togedemaru) is a dual-type Electric/Steel Pokémon.
Biology
Togedemaru is a spherical, rodent-like white Pokémon with black eyes, a tiny black nose and two large yellow cheek patches. It has two small hands and round feet, along with a white tail shaped like a lightning bolt with a yellow tip. It has yellow and brown triangular marks on its body which protrude outwards when it attacks.

Togedemaru appears to be based on a type of rodent.
Name origin
Togedemaru could be a literal translation of it's Japanese to English meaning round with thorns, referring to the triangular spikes on it's body.
