A Tera Orb (Japanese: テラスタルオーブ Terastal Orb) is a Key Item introduced in Generation IX. It is a Poké Ball-shaped item that allows a Trainer's Pokémon to Terastallize.

Effect
Allows the player's Pokémon to Terastallize in battle. After being used, it must be recharged at a Pokémon Center or an unvisited Tera Raid crystal in order to be used again, except after the first portion of a Titan Pokémon battle, between Pokémon League battles, and after each use inside Area Zero.

In the anime
Tera Orbs debuted in HZ010, where Brassius used one to Terastallize his Sudowoodo into a Grass type during his battle against Roy.
In HZ014, Friede was revealed to own a Tera Orb, which he used to Terastallize his Charizard into a Dark type so it could gain the advantage in a battle against Spinel's Beheeyem and Magneton.
