Team Aqua Grunt (Trainer class)

A Team Aqua Grunt (Japanese: アクアだんしたっぱ Team Aqua Underling) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that first debuted in the Generation III games. They are the peons of Team Aqua. There are male and female versions, but they all dress in the recognizable blue pirate outfits associated with Team Aqua. They generally act as footsoldiers and guards for Team Aqua.
They generally use a combination of Water, Poison, and Template:Type2 Pokémon.
A left over sprite has been found in the game's coding. It is possible it may be a beta grunt.
