Sonny (Japanese: ソノタ Sonota) is a character of the day who appeared in Cruisin' for a Losin'.
Sonny is a Pokémon Coordinator who entered the Rubello Town Contest with his Girafarig. After advancing through the Appeals Round, he made it into the semi-finals where he battled Drew. Sonny hoped that he would defeat the Coordinator and take home the Rubello Town Ribbon. Unfortunately, Drew and his Masquerain proved to be stronger than he had hoped, and Sonny and his Girafarig were defeated.
