A Sky Gift (Japanese: そらのおくりもの Sky Gift) is a treasure in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky that is meant for giving. If the player finds one and opens it, it will be empty. It is a box in wrapping paper with a Gracidea, a flower that conveys gratitude on special occasions, tied in its bow.
A Sky Gift can only be found in one of the ten dungeons of Sky Peak Mountain Path. The Pachirisu from Spinda's Café gives the player one if talked to while climbing Sky Peak as thanks for saving the world. The player can also receive a Sky Gift from Jumpluff, Delibird or Happiny found at the various places in Sky Peak Mountain Path. Sky Gifts can be sent to Pokémon at Wigglytuff's Guild and the player's partner from Shaymin Village. The Pokémon will then send the player a letter of thanks, along with an item. The player is then able to pick the letter and item up at Spinda's Café.
Items that can be obtained by sending or receiving a Sky Gift include:
- Joy Seed
- Life Seed
- Reviver Seed
- Sitrus Berry
- Ginseng
- Protein
- Calcium
- Iron
- Zinc
- Gold Ticket
- Prism Ticket
The Sky Gift can also be sent over wireless connection to another player, giving them one of the items (except for the Tickets).
